Great staff, but some quirks

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I remember one morning enjoying a lovely continental breakfast, with enough variety to start the day right. The room was comfortable and clean, making it a pleasant place to rest after exploring Carnarvon.

The bathroom in our Executive King Room showed signs of age, with some flaking paint and a less-than-ideal vanity sink. the pool area could use some maintenance to enhance its inviting look, making it feel less pristine than the rooms.

The accommodation offered parking at the door, a clean room with a comfortable bed, and exceptional breakfast. The staff were warm and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience significantly.

We had a solid night here. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome, especially during breakfast. Room was clean and comfy, tho the walls were a bit thin. Had dinner from room service and it was delish! Good food, but parking could be a hassle during busy times.

Comfortable linens ensured a good night’s sleep despite a disruption caused by ants invading my food. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, though it came with mosquitoes flying about. Breakfast options were ample, with well-presented choices, including porridge, making for a decent start to the day.

the hospitality had a warm and friendly staff that made our stay enjoyable. the standard queen room was clean and provided everything we needed for our short getaway. breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant offered great meals despite being a bit pricey. it's also in a handy walking distance to the water and shops, which was a nice bonus.

I stayed in the Executive King Room for 2 nights, and it was quite spacious with a comfy king-size bed. The bathroom had a strong shower, though it got dangerously hot. Room service was nice, but the meal presentation could’ve been better. The lighting in the room was poor—definitely a bit dim—could use some updating. Cleanliness was on point, and having parking right outside was a plus!

The decor felt stuck in the '70s, with painted brick walls and old furnishings that scream for an update. The pool area lacked loungers, and many tables were covered in bird droppings—definitely not inviting. While the included breakfast offered basics like toast and cereal, it felt more like a school cafeteria with its old conveyor machines. the lack of microwaves or kitchenware was a letdown, complicating any plans for a DIY meal on the BBQ, as I had to clean dishes cramped in the bathroom sink.

Debbie the receptionist was super lovely. Made our stay special! The restaurant served delicious lamb shanks, and the rooms were clean with nicely made beds. Parking right at the door was a big plus! !
